The consultation consists of an assessment, a diagnosis and treatment recommendations followed by a letter to your referring doctor where appropriate.

Fees:
Initial Consultation £440.00
Follow up Consultation £250.00
Repeat prescription fee (outside of appointments) £40.00
Medical Insurance: If you have medical insurance, we will ask you to complete the Cognacity registration form before confirming your appointment. This will have space for your insurance details, including any authorisation or claim codes. We recommend that you contact your provider to obtain preauthorisation for your appointment to establish your level of cover. Please note that most insurers require a referral letter from your GP in order to preauthorise a claim.
WE REQUIRE MEMBERSHIP AND PREAUTHORISATION NUMBERS IN ADVANCE OF THE APPOINTMENT!
​Self Pay: We will ask you to complete the Cognacity registration form, on which you will be asked to provide details of the bill payer. Where possible, we try to take payment for the initial consultation in advance.

Cancellations: Missed appointments or those cancelled within 48 hours will incur the full fee as it is difficult to offer the appointment to others at such short notice. Please note that medical insurers will not normally cover the cost of missed appointments.
